- Coordination and management of day-to-day office operations for smooth functioning.
- Supporting supervisors and the team with various tasks.
- Independently handling administrative tasks.
- Handling telephone inquiries and correspondence.
- Digitization and meaningful structuring of data and documents.
- Responsibility for invoicing and invoice verification.
- Completed commercial apprenticeship.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
